Finance: Processed returns (Amazon, Cancelled, Returns, and Return Merchandise Authorization) in Great Plains
Sales: Data validation using Oracle's online tools and Microsoft Excel. Created sales orders using Microsoft Dynamics AX and SalesForce
Account Management: Validated, normalized, modeled, and applied school data from Excel spreadsheets into company's platform
Product Management: Data migration from Lotus Notes to SalesForce. Data entry in SAGE 500 ERP and Content Management System
Engineering: Converted PDF documents to ADA Compliant format
Content Management: Moved content from Word Documents into online software
